Position Profile — Maintenance Supervisor (Hotel) **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and safety of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems by coordinating maintenance personnel to uphold quality standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. **Reports To:** Operations Manager / General Manager **Direct Reports:** Maintenance technicians and external vendors Key Responsibilities Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting work. Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Respond to malfunction reports in guest rooms and common areas. Manage inventory of tools and spare parts. Manage external vendors and services. Prepare maintenance reports and work plans. Optimize costs without compromising quality. Support internal audits and technical reviews. **Required Knowledge** Electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Industrial safety.
