Dynamic role with direct interaction in the workshop and with clients. **RH HUNTING is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ **We are currently looking for a Service Supervisor (Automotive or Industrial)!** **Work Location:** CDMX and occasionally out-of-town. **Work Modality:** 100% field-based. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree (in progress or completed). * **Minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in industrial workshops (any type).** * Knowledge of personnel administration, reporting systems, basic mathematics, and performance indicator management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic level). * Valid Type A driver’s license. * Flexible working hours availability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that work documentation matches actual job execution. * Strengthen preparation of staff schedules and daily task assignments. * Validate data cross-checking and ensure correct uploading of information. * Maintain direct communication with workshop supervisors and clients regarding billing and quotation matters. * Handle warranty requests and notify General Management. * Guarantee delivery of customer-signed acknowledgments of receipt. * Address and follow up on any irregularities; receive reports from workshop supervisors and record daily attendance and incidents. * Receive, validate, and deliver quality control reports. * Generate reports and administrative notices for absences and/or administrative incident reports. * Maintain feedback loops with all involved parties. * Coordinate and suggest staff training processes. * Propose and monitor strategies aimed at improving staff and client engagement, quality processes, and implementation of continuous improvements. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Planning. * Negotiation. * Conflict resolution. * Decision-making. **We Offer:** * **Base salary of $24,000 net (negotiable based on experience).** * Statutory benefits. * Standard vehicle for work-related transportation. * Per diem payments. * Mobile phone or tablet for work-related activities. * Training and onboarding. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday; Sunday off (subject to operational requirements). **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=698e15352700003f00929e60\&source\=indeed
