Experience in costs and budgeting * Leading company in alternative solutions for specialized maintenance services within the corporate sector, with over 17 years of experience in Mexico. **Job Description** As a Maintenance Coordinator at SAMEX, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of technicians and assistants, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and facilities across all client locations. You will conduct diagnostics, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage necessary repairs according to client requirements. You will prepare budgets, tracking and closing reports, and follow up on collections. **Requirements** * Completed degree in engineering or architecture * Minimum 2 years’ experience as maintenance manager or assistant manager for buildings * Knowledge of Opus and/or Neodata systems * Experience in costs and budgeting * Team leadership and management skills * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks according to client needs. * Prior experience in management roles, communication skills, and organizational abilities will be valued.
