Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform corrective maintenance tasks, update safety systems, and support production operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the training of new technicians **Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant!** **What will be your mission?** Perform corrective maintenance tasks under supervision, update safety and hygiene systems, and support production operations. **Your main challenges will be:** * Repair basic electrical/mechanical failures * Update SSTP logs and recorders * Manage work orders assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor * Assist in inspections of critical equipment * Clean and perform preventive maintenance after use * Submit daily activity reports * Comply with PPE requirements during all assigned tasks * Support the training of new technicians **Requirements:** * Preferably a technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field — e.g., Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a completed or incomplete technical program in a related discipline * Minimum 1 year of experience **Required Knowledge:** * **Basic Industrial Electricity:** Use of multimeter to measure continuity, voltage, and current; diagnosis of three-phase motors, contactors, and relays. (Junior Level) * **Floor Mechanics:** Adjustment of belts and chains, technical lubrication (types of grease and application points), and replacement of bearings or mechanical seals. (Junior Level) * **Blueprint Reading:** Interpretation of single-line diagrams and manuals to identify correct spare parts. (Junior Level) * Types of lubricants; use of precision tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, multimeter, torque wrench); types of belts, chains, and fasteners; troubleshooting of control panels; fuse, relay, and sensor replacement; interpretation of basic electrical diagrams. (Junior Level) * Current regulations, safety and hygiene systems. (Junior Level) * General maintenance.
