We are seeking talent for the position of **LABORATORY PLATING ASSISTANT ENGINEER**. **Job Requirements**: * Chemical Engineering or Biochemistry degree. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of electroplating, chrome plating, and plating processes. * Understanding of the IATF16949 quality management system. * 6S methodology. * Proficiency in office software. * Residency in Lagos de Moreno or willingness to relocate/move there. **Job Responsibilities**: * Responsible for test production and tracking of production product quality. * Daily review of low-performance products to ensure continuous improvement of the production process. * Collect statistical data on defects from the department’s RI and MI files and correct them. * Supervise and guide staff, and suggest improvements when appropriate. * Resolve technical issues and improve production efficiency. * Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor/direct manager. * Responsible for test production and tracking of production product quality. * Monitor laboratory sampling analyses to ensure compliance with correct parameters and ranges, thereby ensuring product quality. **Compensation and Benefits**: * Statutory benefits. * Quarterly bonuses. * Career development opportunities. * Free cafeteria. * Free transportation (within Lagos de Moreno).
