Summary: Seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and independent Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation for a major industrial water treatment company's Mexican subsidiary. Highlights: 1. Lead complex ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 2. Partner with IT Project Managers and stakeholders across US and Mexico 3. Bridge business and technical teams, driving process improvement We’re looking for an organized, enthusiastic and independent project manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the Mexican subsidiary of a major industrial water and process treatment company from the US. The engagement will be for one year. **1\-** Experience in: · ERP implementations (Dynamics 365 preferred) · General knowledge of software delivery life cycle · Collaborating with 3rd party vendors, specifically for Change Management and Training · Coordination and overseeing UAT processes **2\-** General Knowledge Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration or a related field. · Bilingual (English and Spanish) capabilities are required · Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies · 5\+ years of Project Management experience · PMP, CAPM or Scrum Master certifications are a plus · IT software development/implementation background, but with an exceptional business perspective **3\-** Skills · Ability to address high\-priority, quick turnaround requests · Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple priorities simultaneously · Ability to think logically and troubleshoot issues · Effective analytical and problem\-solving skills · Ability to consistently follow\-up and close out actions · Adept negotiation skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management · Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into business or layman’s terms **4\-** Main Activities · Adhere to and champion existing PM methodologies (ex. Project charter, requirement, and UAT test results) and governance (ex. documentation of meeting minutes and action items, change control and adherence to agree upon communication plan). · Drive adherence to project goals, scope, success measures/criteria, etc. · Plan, monitor, and report project progress · Act as partner with the IT Project Manager and stakeholders across US and Mexico · Create, maintain, and deliver critical project documentation · Support documentation of current and future state business processes · Bridge business and technical teams Lead business process improvement and issue resolution activities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $46,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
