




Position Summary: We are seeking an implementation leader to organize, structure, and control an already-developed productive management system, with a growth path to Production Manager. Authorized representative of leading European brands in the refrigeration sector. *We are currently hiring personnel to lead the disciplined implementation of an already-developed productive management system. Operational activities are already defined; the role consists of organizing them, structuring them within the system, and ensuring their proper execution and daily floor-level control.* **Location:** Querétaro, Corregidora (on-site) **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ***Candidate Requirements*** **MINIMUM EDUCATION:** High school diploma, technical degree, or university degree (verifiable). **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 1 year verifiable industrial-sector experience. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Passion for production or manufacturing. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Methodical, organized, and control-oriented profile. * Practical leadership and consistent floor presence. This position is 100% floor-based and includes a growth plan to Production Manager based on demonstrated performance during the first 6 months. **PHASE 1: IMPLEMENTATION LEADER (0–6 MONTHS):** **Base Monthly Salary:** $15,000 MXN gross. **Quarterly Bonus:** Based on implementation, operational discipline, and control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and structure predefined processes within the system. * Formally document existing activities (procedures and checklists). * Integrate procedures into the management system. * Supervise daily floor execution (team of 7–20 employees). * Generate weekly reports with reliable KPIs. * Ensure operational discipline and process compliance. **PHASE 2: PRODUCTION MANAGER (AFTER 6 MONTHS, BASED ON PERFORMANCE):** **New Base Monthly Salary:** To be determined based on prior phase performance. **Quarterly Bonus:** Based on production results and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities in this Phase:** * Meeting production plans. * Reducing waste. * Meeting delivery deadlines. * Continuous improvement driven by KPIs. * Consolidating a disciplined operational culture. **IMPORTANT:** Promotion to Production Manager is not automatic based on tenure but contingent upon measurable KPI achievement and operational system consolidation. **WE OFFER:** * Indefinite-term employment (with probationary period). * Statutory benefits. * Quarterly food allowance. * Clear professional growth plan. * Performance-based variable compensation scheme. * Active participation in professionalizing the production area. * Direct impact on consolidation of the management system.
