Strategically collaborate with General Management **Job Description:** A major company is currently seeking a **Human Resources Manager**. The position will report directly to General Management and be responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of Human Capital-related areas across the group of companies. The role will oversee key processes such as payroll, organizational development, training, and compliance with labor obligations, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** **Labor Compliance and Administration** * Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor obligations for the group of companies. * Monitor matters related to labor taxes, profit-sharing (PTU), unions, and labor relations. **Organizational Development:** * Supervise the human development and staff training area. * Identify opportunities for improvement in Human Capital processes, including payroll, training, compensation, and labor relations. * Propose process improvements within the department and implement initiatives upon approval by General Management, considering timelines and costs. * Develop and implement the organizational culture plan, monitor its execution, and make adjustments as necessary. **Compensation and Reporting:** * Enhance payroll systems, benefits, variable pay schemes, bonuses, and emotional salary. * Generate weekly, monthly, and executive reports related to Human Capital area indicators. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital areas, preferably in leadership roles.** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. * Solid experience in labor relations and employee separations. * Strong, results-oriented decision-making skills. * Leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities. * Ability to coordinate teams and work strategically with General Management. **We Offer:** * Nominal monthly salary: $25,000 MXN * Biweekly payment via bank deposit. * 12 days of annual vacation. * Official holidays in accordance with the law. **Work Schedule** * Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as required by operational needs.
