Knowledge and skills: \- Create, update, and improve departmental and area documentation. \- Register and manage documentation in accordance with GMPs, ensuring information traceability and the required evidence for compliance with applicable regulations. \- Supervise and coordinate talent acquisition, assessment, interviews, and personnel selection processes to fill available vacancies. \- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring their integration into the organizational culture and internal processes. \- Administer and monitor performance evaluation systems, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. \- Design, implement, and monitor professional development plans focused on internal talent growth and succession planning for strategic positions. \- Manage salary structures, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring payroll administration is carried out accurately and punctually. \- Ensure the company complies with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. \- Promote an organizational culture that strengthens employee commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction, thereby supporting staff retention. Working hours \- Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 16:30 Requirements: \- Knowledge of NOM\-059\. \- Knowledge of and experience implementing the Quality Management System. \- Minimum verifiable experience of 3 to 5 years in similar positions. \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
