Operate aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS) A prominent company is seeking: Human Resources Manager Work Modality: On-site Reports to: Deputy Director Purpose of the Role: Professionalize HR to support the group's transition and growth, focusing on critical recruitment, performance, results-linked compensation, and labor relations. Operate aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring document control, standardized processes, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Recruitment and coverage of critical vacancies (commercial, supply, SI, technical). Implementation of salary bands and salary increase policy (with committee and evidence). Must have experience in Organizational Development. Quarterly performance management system, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and documented disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (FLL). Personnel file control and labor compliance. QMS: Document and standardize HR processes (procedures, records, change control), support HR audits and corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, Law, or related field; 3+ years in HR. Work Location: Reforma, relocating to Coyoacán in 3 months. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 7:30 pm.
