Requirements: * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in NOI\-ASPEL. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll and human resources. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: Unrestricted. Responsibilities: * Review payroll-related incidents for payroll reporting. * Record incidents, modifications, and settlements of employees in the administrative system NOI for payroll disbursement. * Validate payroll process via banking portals. * Submit reports to Treasury for bank payments. * Manage social security registrations, cancellations, and modifications in IDSE and SUA. * Calculate 3% payroll tax. * Calculate variable salaries. * Interface salary and wage policies with accounting. * Manage requirements and obligations with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Review monthly commissions for payment disbursement. * Ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. * Address and resolve employees’ labor-related needs. * Disseminate internal communications and company policies. * Monitor compliance with established company policies. * Schedule payments to IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and state taxes.
