We are looking for your talent as **"Human Resources Manager"**—join our team! · Recruitment and selection of personnel (job posting, interviews, psychometric testing, onboarding, facility tours, IMSS registration follow-up) · Onboarding of newly hired personnel. · Preparation and signing of employment contracts. · Compilation of personnel files. · Personnel evaluation. · Payroll preparation. · Attendance record preparation and follow-up. · Development of a training matrix for all personnel (internal and external). · Development of job descriptions. · Internal communication. · Organizational chart updates. · Processing of personnel terminations. · Development of Organizational Climate Assessment. · Organization of team-building events, health campaigns, etc. · Participation in the formulation, development, and implementation of human resources administration policies or strategies. · Encouraging integration and positive human relations among staff. · Knowledge of Quality Management Systems · Updating Quality Management System procedures Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,467\.28 \- $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
