The position requires leadership skills, strong organizational ability, interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to strengthen workplace climate and team performance. **Requirements:** \* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. \* Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in a similar position (restaurant-sector experience preferred). \* Knowledge of recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel. \* Experience in staff training, onboarding, and development. \* Payroll management, attendance tracking, hiring and termination procedures, and benefits administration. \* Knowledge of current labor legislation. \* Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. \* Organizational ability, confidentiality, and results orientation. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and payroll systems (preferred) **Additional Benefits:** Bi-weekly bonuses Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Experience: * 1.5: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
