Position Summary: We are seeking a safety and hygiene professional with experience in quality management systems to ensure regulatory compliance and prevention of occupational hazards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead compliance with safety and hygiene legislation and policies 2. Comprehensive management of HSE documentation and audits 3. Provide advisory services and training on safety and hygiene REQUIREMENTS: \-Education: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Safety and Hygiene, or related field. \-Experience: Minimum of 4 years in similar positions. \-Intermediate / Intermediate-to-advanced Office skills (verifiable) \-Knowledge: Management methods and techniques, procedures, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies regarding safety and hygiene. \-DC5 MANDATORY \-Develop, monitor, and control HSE documentation according to certification guidelines and protocols. \-Develop and coordinate compliance with internal and external regulations and instructions (clients). \-Develop and maintain organized, up-to-date files assigned to the internal safety department within work units. \-Inspect work units, either independently or jointly with responsible personnel, to identify work actions or conditions that may lead to occupational accidents, and promptly correct them. \-Conduct planned and unplanned audits across work units: preparation, detection, containment, and execution (response) regarding safety and hygiene matters. \-Investigate work-related incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions. \-Record accidents and incidents, as well as calculate and analyze resulting statistics. \-Develop safety plans. \-Submit monthly reports on implementation progress of safety plans and corrective measures, along with achieved results. \-Generate and maintain updated service area indicators. \-Advise inspectors, supervisors, and managers on safety and hygiene matters. \-Develop and coordinate training programs as required for each unit, in accordance with the annual schedule.
