




The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, directing, and verifying the cleaning staff’s tasks in properties managed by the company. Her primary function is to ensure that each unit meets established hygiene, presentation, and hospitality standards, thereby guaranteeing guest and owner satisfaction. Additionally, she manages supplies, coordinates with other operational departments, and provides continuous feedback to the team to maintain service quality. **PROFILE:** * Effective communication. * Task organization and planning. * Attention to detail and quality focus. * Proactivity and problem-solving. * Responsibility and work ethics. * Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and safety protocols. **FUNCTIONS:** * Review guest check-in and check-out reports. * Maintain constant communication with Managers and Reception to be promptly informed of any incidents occurring during the workday that may affect her department. * Inspect and enforce compliance by staff under her supervision with policies, rules, procedures, and requirements—including wearing the full authorized uniform and work equipment. * Supervise daily cleaning tasks performed by the cleaning staff. * Timely update the property status in the system after each inspection as either Cleaning with Inspection or Reclean, depending on the result. * Ensure signing and uploading of the cleaning checklist photo to the system after each inspection. * Ensure all cleaning is completed within the allotted time limit. * Follow up appropriately on all pending matters related to cleaning services. * Audit property inventories. * Report lost and/or missing items in property inventories to the immediate supervisor and follow up until a resolution is reached. * Prepare and submit a daily report to the immediate supervisor and General Manager detailing activities carried out. * And all other functions required for this position.
