Anzures * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs **Job Mission** Lead the accounting department and its organizational and digital restructuring, aiming to improve profitability and the quality of service provided to internal and external clients. **Required Profile** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (degree certificate and professional license required) * **Minimum Experience:** 5 years in accounting leadership, team management, and ERP systems * **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Tax accounting and foreign trade * International taxation and auditing * International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) **Skills and Competencies** * Strategic leadership and results orientation * Clear communication and client focus * Proactivity, responsibility, and integrity * Analytical ability and decision-making skills **Key Responsibilities** * Redesign accounting processes and propose structural improvements * Implement digital tools for operational optimization * Supervise the accounting team and delegate key functions * Advise strategic clients on tax and accounting matters * Generate performance metrics and prevent operational risks * Coordinate with internal departments: Legal, Payroll, Administration, and Auditing **Success Indicators** * Improvement in accounting profitability and efficiency * Reduction in incidents and operational dependency on the CEO * Client satisfaction in assigned projects * Effective implementation of new tools **Reports to:** CEO Mexico **Supervises:** Account Managers, Supervisors, and General Accountants
