Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical work in various areas including electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and gardening, ensuring facilities remain in good condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to service reports and perform technical maintenance across various specialties. 2. Ensure proper use of assigned tools and materials. 3. Maintain swimming pool, pumps, and fire suppression systems. **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – Stelar Bugambilias Condominium** **Location:** Francisco Sarabia, 45239 Zapopan, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM **Job Duties:** Respond to maintenance reports assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. Perform technical maintenance tasks in electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and gardening. Inspect and maintain water tanks, pipes, valves, and access points. Ensure proper use and condition of assigned tools and materials. Perform swimming pool maintenance. Maintain pumps and fire suppression water systems. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree. * Technical knowledge of building maintenance, including plumbing, masonry, painting, and gardening. * Personnel management experience. * Personal qualities: respect for authority, responsibility, punctuality, honesty, and willingness to learn. **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: $13,000 tax-free. * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits (IMSS and INFONAVIT).
