




Job Summary: Logistics operations coordinator focused on customer interaction, status tracking, and daily operational execution. Key Highlights: 1. Role requiring proactivity, accountability, and sense of urgency Job Profile Main Responsibilities: · Customer interaction via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. · Strict status tracking and communication to customers. · Ensuring daily operational execution. · Requesting the customer’s daily scheduling for various cross-border and local operations. · Handling import/export requests via the TLC System and email. · Preparing relevant departmental reports: \*Capacity loss report \*Daily CSR update \*Final report · Daily update of the ETRAK system. · Reporting incidents occurring during the shift promptly and appropriately to the immediate supervisor, and, if necessary, to management / leadership. · Compliance with company regulations and policies. · Completion of required trainings. · Attendance at meetings, trainings, and/or workshops as required.
