**CREDIT ADVISOR** **Job Requirements:** High school diploma completed. Knowledge: Basic computer equipment handling skills, good communication skills. Experience: Minimum of 6 months preferred. Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid driver’s license. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Develop a daily visit plan to members, based on their delinquency rates. 2\. Carry out collection activities for the loan portfolio with delinquency of less than 90 days. 4\. Conduct home visits to members applying for credit to perform their socio-economic assessment. 5\. Visit guarantors and assess their repayment capacity. 6\. Enter the results of socio-economic assessments into the system. 7\. Carry out promotional activities. 10\. Attend to members, minor savers, and the general public, providing information about the Cooperative’s products according to their needs. 11\. Advise and support members in preparing their credit applications. 12\. When credit recovery needs require it, collect cash payments from members during fieldwork, in accordance with established policies and under the supervision of the Branch Manager.
