Be the next **COOPERATIVE EDUCATOR** “León Branch, Gto.” Job Objective: Implement and monitor social programs, leadership and staff training, and member education, contributing to the branch’s performance indicator achievement and community well-being. Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage community participation activities in social-cause events to strengthen commitment to the community and sector. 2. Implement volunteer programs that promote environmental and sustainable well-being. 3. Foster shared-value partnerships and build relationships supporting community development. 4. Report progress and outcomes of social programs to the immediate supervisor for the communication plan. 5. Submit evidence and report progress and outcomes of social programs to the immediate supervisor for the Communication Plan. 6. Deliver the Cooperative Education System (SEDUCOOP) at branches and local offices to members, leaders, staff, underage savers, and the general public. 7. Inform target audiences about the cooperative’s competitive advantages in using its products and services, to increase new membership. 8. Promote reactivation of accounts held by branch members and underage savers. Essential Requirements: Education: TSU (certified), completed Bachelor’s degree (Economics/Administration, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Development). Experience: Familiarity with the local area, public communication skills, and interpersonal ease. Skills: Knowledge of cooperative education methodologies, social responsibility and balance, event organization and project management skills, effective communication ability, teamwork, and service orientation. Experience in training, group facilitation, and implementation of institutional educational systems is valued.
