Could it be you?**About the role** As a Consulting Analyst \- Project Management, you will make an impact by performing standard project management activities and supporting IT asset and application management for client projects. You will be a valued member of the project management team and work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, stakeholders, and clients.**In this role, you will:*** Perform standard project management activities by applying traditional SDLC concepts, including creating MS project plans and assigning tasks to various stakeholders. * Follow up on due tasks and dates, ensuring project timelines are consistently met and highlighting potential risks to proactively resolve issues. * Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies, procedures, and documentation standards according to client Quality Management Systems (QMS) and project lifecycle standards. * Create executive summaries in PowerPoint for weekly/monthly project statuses and present to leadership as required. * Partner with testing teams to draft and review UAT scripts, manage end\-to\-end UAT processes, and support business requirements/user story authoring for IT assets/products. * Clean up data in tools like LeanIX and ServiceNow CMDB, track compliance of GXP assets, and support logging/updating Deviations and CAPAs in TrackWise. * Create and update knowledge\-based articles and deliverables on Confluence and Jira. * Manage projects for minor enhancements of applications, coordinating between product managers, business owners, validation/testing resources, QA, and vendors. **Work model** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring presence in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.**What you must have to be considered*** Bachelor’s degree with proven project management experience of at least 5 years (preferably in the Life\-Sciences industry). * Understanding and awareness of client ITSM procedures (on\-the\-job training provided for client\-specific tools and procedures). * Proficiency in industry\-standard SDLC practices (Agile preferred), tools, and techniques. * Ability to create and manage detailed project plans; proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Project, Excel. * Experience analyzing large datasets using tools like PowerBI and ServiceNow. * Working knowledge of TrackWise, Veeva QualityDocs, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MyAccess. * Understanding of procedures and policies to work with validated/GXP qualified systems. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize requirements with stakeholders. * Excellent communication skills (oral and written – US English). * Ability to work in cross\-cultural environments, including leadership and decision\-making skills. **These will help you succeed*** Experience supporting application managers and stakeholders with compliance tracking and documentation. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders. * Willingness to work in the Americas timezone.
