Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Manager to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, supervise facilities, and attend to visitors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and improvement of electrical installations and plumbing work **Building Maintenance Manager** **Requirements:** * Engineer or technician in maintenance. * Proficiency in Excel Knowledge in: * Electricity * Plumbing * Welding * Basic mechanics Responsibilities: * Attending to visitors from civil protection, CFE, SIMAS, etc. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Supervision of cleaning. * Supervision of green areas. * Fumigation * Supervision of irrigation systems. * Supervision and improvement of electrical installations. * Plumbing work. * Fabrication and repair of materials. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Saturdays, 8 am to 12 pm. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
