Integration into an established team **BRANCH MANAGER** We are seeking responsible, proactive, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as **BRANCH MANAGER**. We specialize in managing and granting credits to retirees, pensioners, and, in some cases, active public-sector employees. **Work Modality:** Fully on-site position at the office. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Personal laptop. * Android smartphone. * Prior experience in supervisory, coordination, leadership, or management roles. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Address inquiries and provide information about company products * Achieve established sales targets * Customer prospecting via telephone and messaging * Support the sales team **Benefits:** * Fixed salary paid weekly. * Highly competitive commission structure, enabling substantial income growth based on performance.
