It stands out for its organizational culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and customer orientation, as well as its commitment to operational efficiency and service quality. **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the workshop, guaranteeing fleet vehicle availability, reliability, and proper maintenance. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for leading the mechanics team, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and service standards, supported by technological tools and control systems. **Key Responsibilities** Operational Management * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily mechanical workshop activities. * Ensure vehicle availability and reliability for operations. * Supervise the appropriate use of spare parts, tools, and workshop equipment. Leadership and Team Management * Lead, coordinate, and develop the mechanics and technical staff team. * Promote teamwork, operational discipline, and a safety-oriented culture. * Train technical staff on procedures, best practices, and technology usage. Control, Systems, and Technology * Use technological systems and tools for maintenance management, work order tracking, and unit history records. * Ensure accurate recording of activities, diagnostics, and repair times in systems. * Propose process improvements through technology and automation. **Required Profile** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles such as Workshop Manager or Supervisor. * Solid experience in: * Mechanical workshop operations. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of utility vehicles or fleets. * Knowledge and use of: * Maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar). * Technological tools and operational control software. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Strong communication skills and service orientation.
