Supports managers and employees with organizational and communication tasks Job Summary The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a wide range of organizational and communication\-related tasks. The position requires the handling of confidential and time\-sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. The Administrative Assistant demonstrates strong communication skills (both written and verbal), ensures accuracy and quality in task completion, and consistently meets deadlines. This role may coordinate or guide the work of others and relies on experience, sound judgment, and initiative to plan and accomplish objectives. The position typically reports to a manager or Department Head. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support related to HR matters and employee documentation * Maintain and update internal contact lists * Provide general administrative support to visitors and internal stakeholders * Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as required * Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously * Support administrative staff development by sharing relevant information and learning opportunities * Contribute to team objectives by accomplishing related tasks as needed * Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Record accurate minutes during meetings * Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence * Manage and coordinate staff appointments and schedules * Maintain updated employee records, including holiday and birthday tracking * Convert, update, and reformat manuals while ensuring brand consistency Requirements: * Proven admin or assistant experience * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi\-task and prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and planning skills * Proficient in MS Office * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Administrative Assistant top skills \& proficiencies: * Reporting Skills * Administrative Writing Skills * Microsoft Office Skills * Analysis * Professionalism * Problem Solving * Verbal Communication * Office Administration Procedures * Typing Skills * Attention to Detail * Accuracy * Multitask * Teamwork * Discretion and Judgment * Patience Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $9,540\.35 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Puebla, Pue.
