An environment that values accuracy, ethics, and innovation in accounting systems. **Accounting Manager** Your primary mission will be to lead the accounting team to ensure transparency and timeliness of our companies’ financial and tax-related information. You will serve as the guardian of internal controls, ensuring flawless closings and high-quality financial statements that support administrative leadership’s decision-making. **What will you do with us?** * **Closing Leadership:** Design and govern the monthly and annual closing calendar, ensuring reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements by project and legal entity. * **Tax Strategy and Compliance:** Oversee tax calculations (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings), DIOT filings, and proactive compliance with SAT requirements (CFDI 4.0, payment complements, and ERP reconciliations). * **High-Performance Team Management:** Lead, train, and evaluate the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and process standardization. * **Internal Control and Auditing:** Implement key controls to mitigate risks, manage external/internal audits, and ensure full auditability and traceability for every transaction. * **Operational Oversight:** Validate the integrity of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles, ensuring consistency between cash flow and accounting records. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting (Mandatory).
