Position Objective Ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of the organization’s accounting and financial information, guaranteeing compliance with current tax and regulatory provisions, as well as timely generation of reliable financial statements for decision-making. Responsibilities * Supervise accounting recording of transactions in accordance with applicable regulations. * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. * Prepare and analyze financial statements. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations (Income Tax, VAT, DIOT, monthly and annual tax returns). * Supervise bank and accounting reconciliations. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Control provisions, depreciation, and amortization. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls. * Manage and develop the accounting team. * Respond to requests from tax authorities. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (certified). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Experience managing personnel. * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
