Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, control of product inflows and outflows, physical and cycle inventories, and returnable management * Manage and receive product intake into the warehouse * Ensure product availability at all times. * Ensure proper loading and unloading of distribution routes * Coordinate and supervise the work team, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment. (warehouse supervisors and unionized staff) Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree * Experience in warehouses handling fast-moving consumer goods * Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently manage available resources. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Excellent organizational and planning skills. * Proficiency in computer tools and warehouse management systems. * Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
