Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for comprehensive inventory management, goods auditing, and discrepancy resolution to ensure warehouse operational efficiency. Full responsibility for physical and logical inventories Commercial company distributing various products **Hiring: Warehouse Manager** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 8:00–13:00 hrs Work location: Col. Mexico Nuevo, Atizapán de Zaragoza Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or incomplete degree Required Experience: Daily logical vs. physical inventory reconciliation, reporting and resolving any system discrepancies. Auditing loading and unloading of vehicles. Material inflows and outflows. Immediately report and resolve any warehouse discrepancies occurring during the day; do not leave until the discrepancy is resolved in the system. Report all warehouse discrepancies to General Management at all times. Receive, organize, and distribute goods. Receiving vs. Purchase Order (P.O.) and inspection of goods against specifications and quality requirements stated in the P.O. Full responsibility for 100% physical vs. logical inventory at month-end closing, completed without time constraints; including proper analysis of warehouse discrepancies and inventory adjustments. Responsibility for delivering raw materials to production. Validate delivery orders for production closure.
