A food industry company is looking for a **Finished Goods Warehouse Manager** to coordinate the storage, preservation, and dispatch of fresh vegetable products, ensuring reliable inventory levels, on-time deliveries, and compliance with quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise the receipt, **storage**, and preservation of fresh products * **Maintain daily inventory control** and ensure its accuracy * Guarantee proper product rotation using the FIFO method * Supervise refrigerated warehouse operations and ensure cold chain compliance * Coordinate order picking and preparation for retail and distribution customers * Supervise loading and dispatch of shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries * **Identify products nearing expiration** and implement preventive actions to reduce shrinkage * Coordinate and supervise the warehouse operational team * **Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and quality standards** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field * **Minimum 3 years’ experience** in fresh food or perishable product warehouses * Experience in inventory management and FIFO rotation * Experience supervising refrigerated warehouses or cold chain products * **Experience coordinating warehouse operational teams** * Strong organizational, control, and decision-making skills under pressure We are looking for someone who: * **Is orderly, organized, and focused on operational control** * Prioritizes shrinkage reduction and warehouse efficiency * Is accustomed to logistics operations with demanding delivery timelines * **Can lead the warehouse team** and ensure process compliance WE OFFER: * **Competitive salary commensurate with experience** * **Statutory benefits** * **Job stability** * Opportunity to grow with a dynamic food industry company If you have experience in food warehousing, handling perishable products, and inventory control, and are interested in leading a critical operation to guarantee product quality and freshness, we want to meet you.
