Central communication hub between management and field operations **SUPERVISORS COORDINATOR** **Profile:** **Operational head** responsible for ensuring structural steel works are executed under the framework of **Time, Quality, and Safety**. Exercises direct authority over technical staff (Quality and Safety) and operational staff (3 Resident Supervisors), transforming scope of work items and engineering drawings into completed, approved installations, guaranteeing no deviation from the delivery schedule. Acts as the central communication hub between management and field progress. Manages schedules and deliveries, identifying and accelerating critical paths (requiring machinery, equipment, tools, and personnel) and orchestrating staff to monitor project progress. **Requirements:** Aligned with our specialty profile ***(STRUCTURAL STEEL, FABRICATION, INDUSTRIAL ROLLING)*** ***Important: Must have no conflict of interest.*** **It is not permitted to undertake personal or external projects concurrently while employed by our company.
