**Objective:** Manage and oversee the overall operation of the branch (products: dairy, deli, cheese, and food items), ensuring proper execution of processes, inventory control, achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and effective team performance. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in Store Management, Floor Supervisor, or similar position in retail/food industry. * Operational and energetic profile, focused on branch operations. * Leadership, communication, organization, inventory control, and results-oriented skills. **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing of the branch. * Supervising daily operations (sales, inventory, sales floor, and warehouse). * Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any in-store issues. * Controlling inventory and ensuring alignment between system records and physical stock. * Leading the team, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress toward goals. * Coordinating delivery routes and logistics for home delivery orders. * Performing administrative tasks: cash reconciliations, audits, reporting, and follow-up with Management. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies, brand image, and operational standards. * Maintaining the branch in optimal operating condition, order, and safety. **Benefits:** * **$15,000 tax-free** per month * Commissions starting from month 3 * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Uniforms **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (one weekday day off) **Location:** Agropecuario Shopping Center, Ags.
