Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil/Industrial Engineering Age: 24 to 45 years old Experience: 1 year Skills, Attitudes and Aptitudes \- Knowledge of RETAIL construction projects (commercial premises, shopping malls, banks) \- CDMX Construction Regulations \- Knowledge of electrical, hydrosanitary and hydraulic installations \- Proficiency in Opus, Neodata, AutoCAD, Excel, Revit \- Material quantification \- Generator numbers \- Catalogue of items \- Ability to work under pressure \- Personnel management \- Supervision of works (finishes, drywall installation, plaster application) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * RETAIL process * Scheduling of tasks to be carried out * Collecting expense notes for verification * Payroll preparation and piecework calculations; personnel movement and control * Blueprint interpretation Plan and manage human resources * Report to the Construction Manager any anomalies or discrepancies arising during project execution. Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace. Report to the Construction Manager, as soon as possible, any risk situations, incidents, hazards or opportunities occurring, having occurred or potentially occurring on site, involving one or more stakeholders. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, assigned SGI activities. Attend and participate in safety and occupational health training and/or information sessions.
