Development and implementation of commercial strategies for growth. **Lerys Is Hiring a Service Station Manager (Gasoline Station)** **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily service station operations across all shifts. * Coordinate and direct operational and administrative staff. * Validate shift closings, cash counts, and daily reconciliations. * Ensure compliance with service protocols and customer service standards. * Manage operational incidents such as shortages, leaks, or deviations. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Control inventory and supply of consumables. * Design and implement commercial strategies to increase sales. * Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations (PROFECO, STPS, ASEA, among others). * Receive regulatory authority inspections and follow up on requirements. **Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar positions (service stations, retail, or service-oriented companies). * Experience in **supervising operational staff**. * Knowledge of **cash handling, cash reconciliation, and sales control**. * Basic understanding of regulations applicable to service stations. * Experience in **inventory control and administrative processes**. * Education: **Incomplete bachelor’s degree or technical diploma** in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency**. * Flexible working hours. * IMSS contribution record. **We Offer** * Base salary between **$17,000 and $23,000 monthly**, depending on experience. * **Performance-based bonuses**. * Statutory benefits. * Fuel allowance. * Job stability. * Professional development opportunities.
