Handling of customer complaints and audits. **Plastic injection company seeks Quality Manager** **Job Objective** To lead, plan, organize, and control processes, procedures, and activities related to quality management, as well as guide, monitor, and verify their operation and implementation, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting continuous improvement. Requirements * Control and improve production process quality. * Administration of the Quality Management System (IATF 16949:2016). * Responsible for handling customer complaints and requests. * Responsible for managing second- and third-party audits. * Supplier evaluation. * Responsible for implementing continuous improvement actions. * Lead review of performance results and indicators. * Responsible for administration and operation of the internal laboratory. Requirements: * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quality Manager in automotive manufacturing industry (preferred) * Advanced English * Experience in plastic injection processes * Proficiency in the IATF 16949:2016 / ISO 9001 Quality Management System * Will oversee the quality department, including processes, suppliers, laboratory, and continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
