Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the PVC production plant, ensuring compliance with established processes. * Manage and supervise operational staff, assigning tasks and verifying proper performance of activities. * Control the efficient use of materials, machinery, and tools to optimize production. * Ensure compliance with quality standards in the manufacturing and handling of PVC products. * Implement and supervise safety and hygiene measures within the plant. * Monitor production and delivery timelines according to established schedules. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Prepare production reports, incident reports, and area performance reports. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper material flow and achievement of objectives. Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineer * Experience: 2 years or more as PVC Plant Manager * Experience managing and supervising operational staff * Ability to organize, coordinate, and optimize work processes. * Basic knowledge of machinery and production equipment maintenance. * Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for report preparation. * Flexible working hours.
