




Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL strategies and activations, ensuring correct operational, logistical, and budgetary implementation of events and brand experiences. Key Highlights: 1. Development and execution of production plans for BTL activations and events. 2. Negotiation and coordination of suppliers for end-to-end event logistics. 3. Project management from planning through administrative closure. **Position Objective** Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL strategies and activations, ensuring correct operational, logistical, and budgetary implementation of events, brand experiences, and special productions—guaranteeing quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and execute production plans for activations, events, brand experiences, promotions, and BTL campaigns. * Prepare and manage budgets, quotations, and cost control. * Negotiate and coordinate suppliers (rigging, furniture, printing, audio, lighting, talent, permits, venues, etc.). * Supervise end-to-end event logistics: setup, operation, and teardown. * Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards. * Coordinate on-site operational teams (staff, supervisors, coordinators). * Manage required permits, licenses, and legal requirements. * Track schedules and work plans. * Resolve unforeseen issues during project execution. * Prepare final reports, documentation, and administrative project closure. **Specific Activities** * Production timeline development. * Location scouting. * Requesting and comparing quotations. * Purchase order control and validation. * On-site supervision during activations. * Coordination with internal departments (accounts, creative, design, logistics). * Post-event follow-up (reports, invoicing, results evaluation). **Position Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 3–5 years in BTL production, events, or experiential marketing. **Technical Knowledge:** * Event and activation production. * Budgetary control. * Supplier management. * Operational logistics. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Schedule management (Gantt charts). * Knowledge of POP materials and graphic production. **Key Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Negotiation skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Operational leadership. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Budget adherence. * Delivery timeline adherence. * Client satisfaction level. * Project profitability margin. * Operational incidents.
