Years of experience: Recent graduates with 1 year of experience. Position objectives: Responsible for supervising the execution of established production plans. **Mandatory knowledge or competencies:** Thorough understanding of production systems and standardization of manufacturing processes; experience in managing operational staff; familiarity with quality and safety regulations. Experience in time-and-motion studies, production lines, and basic equipment maintenance knowledge. Machinery knowledge. Desirable skills: Proactive individual with leadership ability, strong conflict resolution skills, results-oriented mindset, and quick response capability. Must project dynamism and confidence. Main job functions (primary responsibilities): 1) Supervise daily and/or weekly production plans. 2) Supervise production quality. 3) Make adjustments on the production line to meet daily targets. 4) Coordinate with the maintenance department for machinery inspections and repairs. 5) Supervise incoming raw material quality and proper handling of existing inventory. 6) Request production materials from the warehouse. 7) Supervise compliance with safety measures. 8) Promote production incentives to employees. 9) Organize meetings with staff. 10) Prepare duty and incident reports. 11) Supervise and implement improvement plans for raw material waste reduction.
