Responsibilities: * Review the weekly production schedule. * Coordinate staffing to meet the established production schedule. * Monitor compliance with company-established production processes and timelines. * Supervise adherence to company-defined recipes. * Coordinate and supervise packaging and labeling of produced goods. * Track labeling productivity (time, quantities, weight) and prevent errors. * Check raw material inventory levels and report to direct supervisor when approaching minimum stock level. * Coordinate placement of finished products in their designated locations. * Maintain control and records of all production activities.
