**Your Job** As a Production Supervisor at Molex in Guadalajara, you will oversee and optimize the production process to ensure that goods are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time. You will provide direction and support to production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols while managing daily activities and production planning. **Our Team** You will be part of the Optical Connection Business Unit division, working closely with a diverse team including Quality, Program Management, NPI/Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Management. Together, we focus on delivering high\-quality fiber optic products in a collaborative and dynamic manufacturing environment. **What You Will Do** * Lead and supervise production operators ensuring compliance with process sheets, work instructions, and customer specifications. * Monitor and verify SAP confirmations to maintain accurate production records. * Manage production reports and work\-in\-progress tracking to optimize workflow and productivity. * Schedule and coordinate personnel assignments and overtime to meet production goals. * Foster a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards and holding team members accountable. * Resolve operational issues by monitoring progress, revising schedules, and reporting shift production summaries. * Provide guidance and support to all operations to continuously improve manufacturing processes. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Proven experience in a similar supervisory role. * Ability to effectively use quality tools related to production processes. * Strong problem\-solving skills. * Physically capable of performing job requirements while adhering to safety and health measures. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience working with fiber optic products. * Background in opto\-electronics. * Conversational English skills.
