Del Gas, Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, we are looking for talent to join our manufacturing and operations team as a **Production Supervisor**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently supervise production processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Lead the operations team, ensuring proper task assignment and staff development. * Manage 30 to 60 people per shift. * Rotating shifts monthly. * Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize resource utilization. * Report incidents and progress to Operations Management. * Manage achievement of daily and monthly production targets. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or equivalent (upper secondary education). * Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the plastics or manufacturing sector. * Solid knowledge of industrial processes, team leadership, and KPI management. * Availability to work on-site in the Azcapotzalco area, Mexico City. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. ### **Schedule** 3 Shifts 1st: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 2nd: Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 3rd: Monday to Friday d* ### **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $17,000. * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits from day one.
