**Reputable production company seeks** **Production Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Live near the area * Minimum 3 years as Production Supervisor * Knowledge of the food industry (MANDATORY) * Experience managing personnel * Knowledge of forklift operation * Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Daily Production Order * Compliance with NOM-251-SSA-2009 * Assurance of Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) * Compliance with use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Supervision of PRPs (Prerequisite Programs) and CCPs (Critical Control Points) * Personnel management and incident handling * Review of optimal operating conditions of production equipment * Supervision of finished product (FP) loading * Inventory and raw material (RM) control supervision * Assurance of preventive and corrective maintenance * Facility maintenance **We offer** · Work schedule: Monday to Saturday · Work location: Between Itzincab and Mérida International Airport · Salary: $17,000.00 Net + statutory benefits Position type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
