A company specialized in **elastomer contract manufacturing** is seeking a **Production Planner** to ensure the proper execution of the production schedule, optimizing resources and delivery times, and guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on orders, capacity, and material availability. * Coordinate with logistics, procurement, quality, and warehouse departments to ensure proper material flow and work orders. * Monitor cycle times, bottlenecks, and workload across the plant. * Track contract manufacturing orders, schedule changes, and urgent requirements. * Generate production performance reports and capacity forecasts. * Propose improvements to planning and production processes. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **production planning within contract manufacturing**, preferably in elastomers, rubber, or plastics. * Knowledge of extrusion, compression/injection molding, or similar processes (desirable). * Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred). * Strong analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
