Develop and maintain high work standards through leadership The production supervisor will ensure that all manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently, as well as coordinate the activities of the personnel under their supervision to achieve company goals, with a strong focus on safety, quality, volume, and cost. The manufacturing supervisor is responsible for managing the personnel and material resources under their charge, always prioritizing safety and quality. Must maintain a stable work environment and professional and honest communication across all levels and departments. ***Main Functions:*** * Interview, hire, and continuously train the employees under your supervision. * Implement cost\-saving strategies and techniques * Assure that the customer requirements are met in a timely manner. * Direct, honest and effective communication with the different departments of the Plant and the Company to achieve the planned objectives. * Develop and maintain a high standard of work in the plant, based on leadership and motivation. * Resolve conflicts between employees to maintain a good work environment. * Maintain professional schedules * Develop and Maintain Teamwork to Achieve Plant Objectives. * Evaluate and maintain the good condition of production equipment. * Ensure Safety and Quality as a Priority in all work realized. * Collect, Analyze and Optimize production records (KPIs) \_ **Requirements:**\_ * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. * 2 \- 3 years of experience in a similar role. * English: Able to have a fluent conversation. * Experience working with lean manufacturing, productive processes, line balancing. * Personnel Management, Problem Solving, ISO Knowledge (9001 \& 14001\). ***Schedule:*** * Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm.
