Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor responsible for managing and supervising processes, personnel, and resources to execute production plans, leading a performance-oriented team. Key Highlights: 1. Production supervision role with team leadership 2. Manages and supervises processes and personnel 3. Ensures achievement of production, quality, and safety objectives Availability to rotate across 3 shifts from Monday to Saturday Responsible for managing and supervising processes, personnel, and all necessary resources to execute production plans on time and as scheduled. Coordinate production team activities, ensuring achievement of production, quality, and safety objectives. The Shift Supervisor is a performance-oriented leader capable of effectively solving problems and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
