**Position: Operations Supervisor** **Location:** TSM Stadium **Department:** Operations / Events **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end operation of matches and events, ensuring proper control of inventory, personnel, and processes before, during, and after each operation. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Pre-Match** * Place orders and coordinate merchandise receipt. * Manage staff accreditations. * Supervise product placement and price tag positioning. * Define roles and responsibilities for the operations team. * Conduct initial inventory counts. * Prepare forms and initial documentation. **2. During the Match** * Supervise overall event operations. * Delegate tasks to operational staff. * Perform match closing procedures. * Manage and monitor the real-time inventory system. **3.
