**IPS Group** TLAMAGA is seeking an **Operations Manager** Objective: Optimize profitability and execution of inspection, logistics, and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and corporate standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle (from initiation to closure) for GP2, 3PL, and industrial maintenance projects. * **KPI** Control: Monitor productivity, quality, and cost indicators. * Customer Relations: Direct communication to ensure compliance with regulations and expectations. * Leadership: Manage middle management and operational staff under skill matrices. * Administration and Quality: Control payroll, invoicing, and ensure compliance with **ISO 9001** and **IATF 16949**. **Requirements** * Education: **Industrial Engineering**, **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration or related field (degree holder). * Experience: **4+ years** in operational management, manufacturing, or logistics. * Languages: Advanced **English** (**C2**). * Knowledge: ISO/IATF standards, Industrial Safety, and intermediate Excel. * Competencies: Leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement focus. * Mobility: Valid **driver’s license** (standard) and willingness to travel.
