




Position: Logistics and Facilities Manager Area: Operations People under supervision: Installers and subcontractors Position objective: Plan and coordinate the transportation and installation of orders, ensuring deliveries are complete, on time, undamaged, and to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule delivery and installation routes. Coordinate loading, transportation, installer, and subcontractor teams. Prevent damage, rework, and unnecessary partial deliveries. Report incidents: shortages, errors, damages, etc. Control logistics costs: overtime, freight, loading/unloading times, installations, etc. Vehicle maintenance control. Ensure team members properly wear uniforms and maintain hygiene. Verify mechanical guides and confirm general measurements. Supervise installations. Required profile: Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of route and installation timing control. Experience coordinating operational staff. Ability to plan and make decisions under pressure. Leadership, discipline, and firm character. Basic Office software skills. Organization and prioritization. Solution-oriented mindset, not excuse-oriented. Problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel. KPIs On-time delivery percentage. Percentage of complete deliveries in a single visit.
