**Job Summary** We are seeking an **Industrial Project Manager** responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing **turnkey projects** for dust collectors (OEM: **Donaldson**), ductwork, and hoods in industrial plants. This role ensures adherence to **schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety**, guaranteeing a satisfactory customer experience and efficient project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and track projects using **detailed phase-based schedules**. * Monitor **physical and financial progress** of projects. * Lead and coordinate **multidisciplinary technical teams** in workshop and field settings. * Maintain **ongoing communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders**, timely reporting on progress, risks, and findings. * Coordinate **manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning** of equipment and ductwork. * Manage **change requests, risks, and deviations** from the project plan. * Ensure proper **technical and administrative documentation** (drawings, logs, SOPs, and deliverables). * Verify compliance with **industrial safety regulations and applicable standards**. * Propose and implement **continuous improvements** in execution processes. * Ensure appropriate **administrative control** of the project. * Coordinate and monitor **suppliers and distributors**. **Profile and Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** leading industrial projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Project Management. * MS Project or similar tools. * AutoCAD. * Advanced Excel. * Odoo experience is desirable. * **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team coordination. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. **Expected Outcomes** * Projects delivered **on time and within budget**. * Complete documentation validated by the client. * Well-coordinated work teams requiring minimal direct supervision. * **High customer satisfaction**. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $22,000 – $23,000 net monthly (after taxes). * **Statutory benefits**. * **Company vehicle**.
