




**Job Objective:** Support the HR Manager in planning and coordinating all Human Resources department activities in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. **Requirements:** * **Payroll knowledge and management** * **Recruitment and selection** * **Support in Personnel Management:** including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other personnel movements. * **Knowledge of Labor Relations:** Maintain open communication with employees and union representatives, addressing their concerns and resolving labor conflicts. * **Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, the IMSS Law, and other applicable labor regulations. * **Experience supporting Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Human Resources processes. * **Compensation and Benefits Knowledge:** Design and implement attractive and competitive compensation and benefits policies. **General Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law * IMSS Law * Payroll calculation * Safety and hygiene * Occupational risk management * Performance evaluations * Onboarding and Offboarding * Organizational development * Preparation of Job Descriptions (JDs) * Workplace improvements **Experience:** * 3 years of experience in similar positions. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 15:30 hours. * Saturdays, from 08:00 to 13:00 hours. * Preference for candidates residing near the workplace area: Col.
